We set up one more online store here to attract overseas customers from Australia, UK, US and other countries.

First, go to our online store at little-tiny-shiny.pswebstore.com to register as Member to collect Loyalty Points & Discounts. Then, you select the items you need for the custom made Name Jewlery and note it down in the "Message To The Seller" when you check out the Shopping Cart and submit your order to us. If you want to custom made your own jewelry other than the Name Jewelry, please email your design directly to us at [email protected]. We will get back to you once we receive your email and quote you the Order Price based on our workmanship & material cost. Once the design is finalised and price is agreed, we will generate your order here with your NAME, all you need to do is to click on that Product with your Name and agreed price, and submit to us.

Please do not worry ^_^ We will generate your order in our Online Store system for you so that you can collect the Loyalty Point and enjoy discount like other local members. Please do not get panic if you receive payment email from our Online Store again after Paypal Payment, we have to generate your order in our system in order to pick up the Loyalty Points for you. If you have already made payment via Paypal, you can ignore the system generated emails from Little Tiny Shiny. Once your order is completed and delivered, we will inform you to log in your Account in our Online Store to check your Loyalty Points.

No. There will not be any design fee. We charge you only the 925 Silver price and workmanship charges only. All you need to pay is the price as you see in our online store. However, for a design other than NAME jewelry, we will discuss with you on the design first, then quote you the price (no design fee).

We will take maximum 3 weeks times to custom made after we finalise your design and receive your full payment. We will contact you immediately once the jewelry is ready, it may take less than 3 weeks.

Yes, you are welcomed to do so. We will look at your design, discuss with you and quote you the price.

We will send all international orders via Pos Malaysia - FlexiPack International with tracking number. http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/international-mail/?international-mail#flexipack-international Maximum parcel weight is up to 2KG only.

We are sorry to tell that all order cancellation / request for refund after payment has been received by us are not acceptable. Reason being we immediately custom made your jewelry once we receive your payment after finalisation of jewelry design. For other ready stock, we reserve for you once full payment has been received. We will not accept any cancellation of order / request for refund after payment.

No. We will not do any alteration after finished products as all our customers are happy and satisfied with our jewelry. You can view some of our customers orders in this online store, very fine workmanship and good quality finished products.

Yes. We have Loyalty Point & Voucher, and also Referral Program. Please refer under "Terms" for more information.

We ship worldwide but we are unable to put in the shipping rate for each destination country. You can click on any item in our shop, then click on Shipping: "more destination". A window "Check the shipping rate" will pop up (please unblock pop-up in your browser if you do not see any window pop up), click on the "Country" dropdown list, you will be able to see a list of destination countries to check the shipping cost. If you do not find your destination country in the list, please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the shipping rate to your country. We ship worldwide.

The customs and import issues including any taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. We can dispatch your package as a "gift" or declare the value at a lower price, but we can not guarantee that there is no tax in your destination countries.

Yes, the price varies according to the exchange rate set in the Online Store system. For international buyers, please refer to the pricing in our eCrater online store.
